- Project deposits — to reserve scheduling and begin an approved project;
- Progress invoices — for milestones reached during a project;
- Final invoices — for the remaining balance upon completion.
2. Approval Before Payment
We request payment only after you have received and approved a written proposal, consultation agreement, or invoice. Every payment link or invoice corresponds to a specific, documented amount and scope. You should not pay any amount that does not match a written proposal or invoice you have approved.
3. How Payments Are Processed
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a leading third-party payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe Payment Links and Stripe Invoices. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Elevate Home Renovations LLC is a home improvement and renovation services provider. We are not an escrow service, marketplace, payment facilitator, money services business, lender, or third-party payment processor. We only collect payments for our own services.
4. Receipts & Records

5. Currency & Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, where required, will be shown on your proposal or invoice.
6. Late or Failed Payments
If a payment fails or a balance becomes overdue, we may pause scheduled work until payment is resolved. Any late-payment terms applicable to your project will be stated in your written agreement.
